Traveling as Couple
This is a nice and clean hotel. The bed and chairs are comfortable. Our room had a nice desk and I enjoyed being able to use the free wireless internet.

Business Traveler
It was so easy at check in. The breakfast was great for someone on the go. It was a rushed trip, but the room and hotel staff made my hectic trip as pleasant as possible. I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Shreveport/Bossier. ...read more

The hotel was a little out of the way but not bad. The check in went smooth the breakfast was adequate. The room service was poor and we had to ask the front desk to have the room cleaned. One of the staff was not helpful at all. The second person at the front desk assured us the room would be freshened up and it was adequately freshened. ...read more

Traveling as Couple
During the stay we requested to have a non smoking room we did not realize that had booked a "smoking" room. When we advised the staff they informed us that they would not be able to move us and that they would "spray" the room to get out the odor. We got back and the room still smelled of smoke and I awoke with an awful headache. It was not a good stay and they did not solve my complaint. ...read more
